Now, I’ve always been a fan of cricket, but this league? It’s a whole different ball game, literally. So, I decided to see what this ECL is all about and share my experience with y’all.
First off, I started by searching for what this ECL even is. Turns out, it’s a cricket league, but not just any cricket league. This one’s got India’s biggest social media influencers and content creators. I thought, “Social media stars playing cricket? This I gotta see!”
Next, I went on a hunt for the ECL 2024 schedule. After digging around a bit, I found out that all the matches are happening at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Delhi. Pretty iconic place, if you ask me. The league started on September 13 and goes on until September 22. That’s a lot of cricket action packed into just a few days!
Then, I tried to find the live scores and team squads. It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, but hey, who doesn’t love a good challenge? After some more digging, I finally got the info I needed. It’s amazing to see these influencers forming teams and competing. It’s like their online personas have come to life on the cricket field.
I also looked into the format of the league. It’s a T10 format, which means it’s fast-paced and full of action. Each game is just 10 overs per side. Perfect for someone like me who loves quick and exciting matches. I was pretty stoked about that. I read that there are 15 league matches in total, plus playoffs. That’s a lot of cricket!
Now, here’s where it got really interesting. I wanted to see the points table, you know, to see who’s leading and who’s falling behind. Found it! It’s always fun to see the standings and predict who might make it to the playoffs.
