Okay, so I’ve been on the hunt for a good sports bra forever, and I finally decided to give the Lyra one a try. I’d heard some buzz about it, mostly good things, so I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to actually find the thing. I went online and looked at a few different stores before settling on one.
The Process
Once I had it my hand, My immediately try it on!
- The Fit: I grabbed my usual size,I wear size M and tried to wear it . It felt snug, but not in a bad way. Like, it was definitely holding everything in place, but I could still breathe, which is a major win.
- The Feel: The material was surprisingly soft. I was expecting something kinda scratchy, but it was actually pretty comfortable against my skin.
- The Workout Test: This is where the real test began. I did a bunch of jumping jacks, some burpees . And you know what? Everything stayed put! No crazy bouncing, no weird adjustments needed. I was seriously impressed.
Final Result
After a good sweaty workout, I have to say, I’m a fan. It’s supportive, it’s comfortable, and it actually looks pretty good too. I can wear when I’m doing yoga and weight lifting.
I’m giving this Lyra sports bra a thumbs up. I think I’ve finally found a keeper!
